The schedules for the Saturday and Sunday speaker sessions at the SoCal Linux Expo have been posted on the SCALE web site. They're available at http://socallinuxexpo.org/scale6x/conference-info/schedules/... The schedules for the Friday specialty sessions will be posted soon. Two keynote speakers have been added for the 6th annual So Cal Linux Expo, one Saturday and one Sunday. Saturday's keynote speaker will be the always-entertaining Jono Bacon of Canonical, speaking on "Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants: The Coming Of The Linux Desktop". On Sunday, Stormy Peters of OpenLogic will ask "Would You Do It Again For Free?", where she'll consider whether commercial companies are killing open source by paying people to work on it. All the commercial booths on the Expo floor have been filled. There are only about a half-dozen booths for non-profits left on the show floor. If your group is considering attending SCALE, don't wait any longer to request floor space. Apply to g@socallinuxexpo.org. There is space available for ad hoc BOF (Birds Of a Feather) meetings in the evenings.
