A transcript is now online from RMS's recent presentation of the changes in the second draft of GNU GPL version 3. The focuses are on DRM, patents, internationalisation, enforcement, and licence compatibility.

At the recent 4th GPLv3 international conference in Bangalore, India, Richard Stallman spoke on the changes being made to the GNU GPL to protect computer users rights against certain uses of DRM and patents, and how the licence is being improved with regards to compatibility with certain other free software licences, enforceability, and internationalisation.
