After reading some very positive reactions about the all-new Ubuntu 6.06 LTS ‘Dapper Drake’ release, I decided to go and give it a try as well.

Whoever has a not-so-standard machine setup should really take the alternate image to start with - which is not graphical, as I read somewhere, but that is no problem for anyone who ever saw the Debian installer, right? But then again: why not taking Etch? That really runs fine on every machine where I’ve tried it… Full Story |
