Mozilla's SeaMonkey project, successor to the venerable Mozilla Application Suite (which, in turn, succeeded the even older Netscape desktop suite), which combines browser, email, newsgroups, IRC chat, and HTML editing capabilities in a single application, has released version 1.0.1
