This is a perfect example of a company claiming open source status and their product code isn't open source. This is the page that actually shows there bait and switch tactics. Scroll down the page. I hope you understand the concern. If they operated in the US, I would report them to our attorney general and have them shutdown.

I wonder about the difference between these tactics and Microsoft's. -Ed.
