Partnership with Japan's Leading Open Source Technology Integrator Further Extends JBoss Middleware into Japanese Market

ATLANTA and TOKYO, March 16, 2006 -- JBoss, Inc., the Professional Open Source company, and Ten Art-ni (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 3744), Japan's leading open source technology integrator, today announced a strategic, multi-level partnership to promote enterprise deployments of the JBoss Enterprise Middleware Suite (JEMS) in the Japanese market. Ten Art-ni--whose deep Java and Linux expertise includes partnerships with Red Hat, IBM, HP, Fujitsu and Hitachi--becomes a JBoss premier-level systems inte grator, a premier-level authorized service partner and the first JBoss-authorized training partner in Japan.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ten Art-ni will provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer support with the JBoss Subscription, system integration featuring JEMS technologies and the full JBoss training curriculum. JBoss will certify and validate Ten Art-ni middleware experts to teach JBoss training courses, fulfilling a growing demand in the Japanese market. In addition, JBoss will offer Ten Art-ni development support, comprehensive indemnification coverage and access to JBoss Operations Network (JBoss ON), the company's enterprise application management platform.
