We recently bought a Linux gaming console at work as a prize in a draw. Not thinking too much of it I packed it up and sent it off to the winner. A few days later I got an email claiming the device didn't work. So I emailed the parent company complaining that the instructions were less than clear and this is their reply.

You are clearly incapable of using a simple GP2X - something thousands of people have no issues doing.

It is working fine, our female tech set it up in 5 mins.

If you don't know how to use linux/window then maybe this isn't the machine for you. You probably used some windows format which linux does not recognise.

We can return it with software working on it, but I doubt you will be capable of using it.

Tell us what you want to do.

Five separate people in our department tried to set this device up, each of us following the instructions to the letter. Amongst our number we have two MCSE's and one LPI qualified person with something approaching 50 years experience between us. But apparently, despite the console forums having what seemed to me to be a lot of people posting with complaints, no, we are crap human beings and useless as well.

Charming!
