Legazpi City (24 February) -- That “the best things in life are free,” was proven during the Bicol Open Source Forum held February 16, 2006 at the Daragang Magayon Hall, Aquinas University in Legazpi City where a total of 150 computer users and ICT advocates from the government, academe and the private sector from all over the region convened.
