BEA to focus on open source development in India

With India riding the wave of software development, global software companies want to leverage the India advantage. BEA Systems, the fifth-largest application infrastructure software company in the world, and one of the few Silicon-Valley-based companies which have a negligible presence in India, also wants to do the same.
