Ubuntu Phone Users Might Get a Security Hotfix Soon

Now that Canonical is seeding the Ubuntu Touch OTA-10 update to all supported Ubuntu Phone devices, it looks like some issues started appearing.

Canonical's ?ukasz Zemczak reports today that many BQ Aquaris owners reported slowness of the Unity8 interface after updating to OTA-10. Moreover, it appears that a security issue has been discovered in the OTA-10 images, and the Ubuntu Touch team is working overtime this weekend to get a patch soon and re-release the OTA-10 update to all users.
