Magento is an open source e-commerce software and content management system for e-commerce websites based on the PHP Zend Framework. It uses MySQL or MariaDB as database backend. The Magento development has been started in 2008 by Varien. Inc. In this tutorial, I will show you how to install Magento 2 with Nginx, PHP-FPM, and MariaDB as the database on Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf).
