Kernel developer Greg Kroah-Hartman announced the release of two new kernel version, Linux kernel 3.10.90 LTS and Linux kernel 3.14.54 LTS.

As usual, there's no maintenance release of a Linux kernel branch without driver updates. Therefore, Linux kernel 3.14.54 LTS updates networking (mostly Ethernet), InfiniBand, iiO, ISDN, MD, MMC, Xen, and GPU (mostly Radeon) drivers. A few sound fixes have been implemented as well in this release. In numbers, Linux kernel 3.14.54 LTS changes 89 files with 1006 insertions and 532 deletions. Full Story |
