MKVToolnix 8.2.0 MKV Manipulation Suite Released, Users Urged to Upgrade

The developers of the MKVToolnix open-source and cross-platform application used for manipulating MKV (Matroska) files announced recently that MKVToolnix 8.2.0 is available for download and that all users must upgrade.

The changelog of MKVToolnix 8.2.0 is huge and contains detailed information about the new features, bugfixes and performance improvements implemented in the software. As we reported during the launch of MKVToolnix 8.0.0 exactly one month ago, on June 21, 2015, the application received a new graphical user interface (GUI).
