New Opera 30 Release Fixes dpkg Issues

The Opera developers have released yet another update for their Internet browser, and they closed a number of small bugs, among other things. The Opera browser is now on feature parity on Linux with the other platforms, and that means the application gets updated for everyone at the same pace.
