Clarence Siew was very proud Softpedia earlier today, July 4, about the immediate availability for download of the final version of his illume OS 3 distribution based on Debian GNU/Linux. The new version brings faster performance by adding the readahead and preload technologies to the boot system, greatly reduces system footprint so you can run in on virtually any computer that supports the 64-bit instruction set architecture.
