The GNOME Photos app has been recently updated as part of the second Beta release of the forthcoming and highly anticipated GNOME 3.16 desktop environment, due for release on March 25, 2015. GNOME Photos 3.16 Beta 2 fixes a crash that occurred when trying to use the window after it has been killed, makes thumbnails for local items before creating those for remote items, and repairs the lifetime of the miners-changed handler in the indexing-notification component.
Moreover, this version prevents multiple About dialogs from opening, fixes a crash that occurred when stopping the miners, and addresses the lifetime of the info-updated handler in the view-model component. Full Story |
