The Ubuntu developers have announced the release of the final beta of Ubuntu 14.10 (also known as Utopic Unicorn). This final beta also includes each of the usual Ubuntu spins. So you can check out Lubuntu, Xubuntu and Ubuntu GNOME as well as the main version of Ubuntu.
