Happy New Year to all Arch Linux fans! It's January and the Arch Linux developers prepared yet another updated ISO image of their powerful Arch Linux operating system, the first for 2014.

Today, Juanuary 5, 2014, we are happy to announce that Arch Linux 2014.01.05 is now available for download via our website (see the link at the end of the article), a release that includes the latest stable upstream Linux kernel (3.12.6), all the updates that were released during December 2013, as well as various improvements and updated translations.
