GNOME 3.8 Receives Deep Integration of ownCloud

The GNOME 3.8 desktop environment has been officially released on March 27, 2013, and it brought lots of nice features.

One of the unknown features of GNOME 3.8 is the ability to easily connect to ownCloud accounts via the GNOME Online Accounts application found in the Settings panel.

Once you enable your ownCloud account (hit the Windows key or the Activities button, and type "online" – without quotes), you will be able to access your files, contacts and calendars from within GNOME.
