Cairo 1.12.14 Fixes Various Issues

Chris Wilson announced a couple of days ago a new development version of the Cairo 2D graphics library, which fixes a few bugs found in previous releases.

For example, Cairo 1.12.14 fixes detection of Windows 98 operating systems, fixes an an assertion in the win32 backend, causing similar-images to not be cleared, fixes computation of glyph string coordinates related to xlib.

Moreover, standard names are now used for glyphs in subset fonts (PDF), user callbacks are no longer allowed to access user-data during destroy, and numeric overflow are no longer allowed to extrapolate polygon edges to the clip boundary.
