Following the release of Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS (Precise Pangolin), we are proud to announce the immediate availability for download of Kubuntu 12.04.1 LTS.

Kubuntu 12.04.1 LTS is a maintenance release that brings KDE Software Compilation 4.8.4, and fixes various bugs, such as the KMix crash after multiple volume changes.
As usual with an LTS release, Kubuntu 12.04 users don't need to download anything if they already have an up-to-date installation of Precise Pangolin.
Kubuntu 12.04 is a LTS (Long Term Support) operating system, supported with security patches and updates for 5 years, until 2017. The next maintenance release, Kubuntu 12.04.2 LTS, will be released on January 31st, 2013.
Kubuntu 12.04.1 LTS is distributed as Live CD ISO images with Desktop and Alternate editions, supporting both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures. Full Story |
