How to customize power management in Linux Mint 13 - MATE

In Windows 7 or Ubuntu, there is the power management option for you to customize things like what to do when laptop battery is low, hard drive behavior when you are using battery, what to do when you press the power button ... However, in Linux Mint 13 - MATE edition, you will not find the power management option the Mint Menu. To customize the power management in Linux Mint 13 - MATE, you need to hit Alt + F2 then type "mateconf-editor" to open the configuration window. On that window, go to apps then expand the mate-power-manager menu and you will see many options to customize the power management.
