openSUSE 12.2 Release Schedule
A day after Benjaman Brunner's announcement about the end-of-life (EOL) of the openSUSE 11.3 operating system, on January 21st Bryen Yunashko published the release schedule of the upcoming openSUSE 12.2 Linux distribution.

The openSUSE Project releases new versions of its openSUSE Linux operating system every 8 months, with a life cycle of 18 months for each one.
The development cycle of openSUSE 12.2 will include four Milestone releases in February 9th, March 3rd, April 5th and 26th, a single Beta release in May 24th, and two Release Candidate versions in June 14th and 28th. Full Story |
