Matthew Szulik, Red Hat Chairman and CEO, will host a press conference in London at 11am BST on May 4, 2004. Mr. Szulik is expected to discuss Red Hat's technical strategy and trends in the adoption of open source by the Enterprise. The conference will be broadcast via a conference call.

RALEIGH, N.C.--May 3, 2004--Red Hat (NASDAQ:RHAT) announced today that Matthew Szulik, Red Hat Chairman and CEO, will host a press conference in London at 11am BST on May 4, 2004. Mr. Szulik is expected to discuss Red Hat's technical strategy and trends in the adoption of open source by the Enterprise
