today unveiled Bordeaux for OpenSolaris 1.8, the next version of the company's software
enabling Solaris users to run Windows applications such as Microsoft Office,
Adobe Photoshop and others. Priced at just $25, the software is a low cost add-on to the
Free Software package known as Wine. Wine enables Unix users to run many Windows
applications on non-windows systems, but until now, a low cost easy to configure
version was not available. This new version adds support for Office 2003 based applications,
