More companies are using the threat of Linux when negotiating deals with Microsoft, one of the company's senior executives has admitted.

Bruce Perens writes "A recent report by Ken Brown of the "Alexis de Toqueville Institute" casts aspersions upon Linus Torvalds as creator of the Linux operating system kernel.
