Editor Promotion

LXer Announcement: 06-Nov-2007 Sander Marechal has been promoted from Contributing Editor to Editor.

I am pleased to announce that Sander Marechal has been promoted from Contributing Editor to Editor. Sander has quickly become my right hand man, so to speak. He spends a lot of time monitoring the forums, managing the queues and keeping me informed when I am not around.

He continually writes articles of the highest quality and his knowledge and valued opinion are one of the reasons LXer continues to have the most engaging and informative FOSS related forums on the Internet. His positive energy and enthusiasm is plain to see and rubs off on those around him, even from an ocean away.
