NCS Technologies Achieves ISO 9001 Certification

The ISO 9001 Standard sets forth requirements for a quality management system that enhances customer satisfaction through effective application of the system, continual improvement, and to demonstrate the organization's ability to provide products and services that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements.



"We understand that our very existence is predicated on our ability to manufacture and deliver quality products," stated An Nguyen, NCS' President. "While our quality processes and systems have been substantially in compliance with ISO standards for quite some time, we felt that formal registration would help us to maintain our quality focus and to compete more favorably with the larger multinational manufacturers."



"Our Quality Manual was approved by BSI in August of this year, and all pre-assessment internal audits were completed in September," added John Laub, Director of Quality Initiatives. "Ultimately, our ability to successfully pass BSI's surveillance audit was due not only to our internal policies and procedures, but also as a result of the quality and passion of our employees." The company expects to receive a certificate attesting to their ISO 9001:2000 registration in six to eight weeks.
