Apple Australia is demanding that Samsung send the entire stock of its Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets to be destroyed and the case will reach the Australian courts later this month. Competition between Apple and Samsung has now reached the point where the two firms are suing each other in no less than nine countries.
Say what? GNU Emacs violates the GPL
The most recent releases of GNU Emacs have been found to be in violation of the GPL in that a handful of binary files in a Collection of Emacs Development Environment Tools have been distributed without their relevant source codes....Steps are being taken to resolve the matter very rapidly.
