I restart every couple days.

I restart my computer every couple of days. I guess it is an old habit but it does my laptop good. No amount of 'cleaning' and 'optimizing' can replace a fresh start sometimes. But then that has nothing to do with updating my system. I don't have to restart my computer when it updates. |
