The LXer audience love Linux. Others love MacOS. Some others love the BSD's (and HaikuOS). But most people merely tolerate Microsoft Windows. It's there, and they gotta use it somehow. |

Seems from looking on eBay and Craigslist over at least the last two years that many computers for sale STILL have Windoe$ installed by default. Usually, it's Win7-10 (even though support for 7 ended this January), but it's not really that hard at all to find an ultracheap PC with XP pre-installed on it. 2c |
