this article has only one paragraph that explains anything about the problem:Quoting:To what extent that happens will depend on how each country decides two questions of legal interpretation: first, whether FOSS licences constitute "commercially negotiated contracts"; and second, how significant the omission of "enforcement" from the list of conditional actions in the provision may be. i'd like to know more about what these two things actually mean and why and how the treaty changes them. rarely has an article left me for wanting more like this. greetings, eMBee. |
