scratch 2 requires flash - use scratch 1.4 instead

while scratch up to 1.4 has been developed in smalltalk, scratch 2 has been rewritten with flash.

they also claim to only support chrome on linux. maybe that has to do with the flash support.

it appears that the next major version of scratch will be in javascript (based on googles blockly: https://scratch.mit.edu/developers ).

with flash support dying that will hopefully be ready soon soon.
