Well, mine did as I read the story. The comments are well worth a read. I'd throw in another question in so far as why isn't this troll being charged in the USA courts with criminal extortion ? I seem to recall vaguely that this "patent"seems reminiscent of something that was tried on business procedures and whiteboards - and it was eventually struck out as I remember. Certainly the patents office needs its backside kicked in my humble opinion. |
