"No Child Left Behind" becomes "No Developer Left Behind"

This is going to be about as successful as 'no child left behind' which is a friggin disaster. Children under that program don't even have to get passing grades in order to move on. This is essentially 'no developer left behind' even if their code is not at an acceptable level. Just so their feelings don't get hurt they all still get a trophy. Please. Apparently the Linux Foundation thinks along the same ridiculous lines. Nothing like the mindset of 'thanks for making it something we never could have Linus, but we're more interested in destroying the process now'
