Alt-drag trips me up all the time too

Alt-drag and mouse middle button paste are my bugaboos. I have installed the WIN32 port of the GNU tools (http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/) in my path, so I don't get tripped up by "ls" and its ilk. For the few other things that I perennially type wrong, I create a batch file that performs the equivalent. For example I have a batch file called "clear.bat" that simply has "cls" inside. |

@750 - I never ran into that trick. I always use ctrl + tab to cycle through. Using the tab number is at least 10 times more efficient. Thanks! |

Heh. It's so ingrained in my browser usage that i could never quite get into using Opera because it didn't support that. |

When did FF make that switch? My up-to-date version still uses Alt-number. |

FF has always used alt+numbers on Linux, but it uses ctrl+numbers on Windows. |
