I swear, if our founders knew what we know now, they'd might have given up on the whole idea. At the very least, they would have barred lawyers from running for federal office. |

But seriously, it was inevitable. The Leviathan always grows, bureaucracy always expands. And the nature of the psychopath is well suited to lawyers and politicians, it's no surprise that they overlap. |
