http://www.thedarkmod.com Its an awesome total conversion using the open sourced Doom 3 engine themed on the Thief universe. And now that the code is open sourced they are very close to releasing a completely stand alone version which does not require an official copy of Doom 3. I would probably say it is the biggest Doom 3 based project out there that I know of. Their maybe others but it does seem to me that Doom 3 based projects dont seem to get much word of mouth advertising. Edited for bad grandma and sheety speeling. |
