What does - TCO - really stand for, anyways?

I used to think this TLA meant Total Cost of Ownership -- but that clearly can't be right. At least that's plainly not what it means when Microsoft uses the term. Perhaps "TCO" stands for: Totally Contrived Outcome ? or maybe for: Typically Cynical Obfuscation ? (I'm tempted to mis-quote Inigo Montoya: “You keep using that TLA, I do not think it means what you think it means”) |

Totally Controlled Outcome, as in controlled by Microsoft with the results guaranteed in advance regardless of the data. |
