Always install using your Software Centre. Don't start doing what mac and Windows users do as a matter of course.

Can the NoScript detractors finally agree that learning to use the internet through it is the best policy for personal internet use?

@ Bob....yeah. They are called Windows users. Keeping one's machine secure is such a drudge.

Look up the Firefox add on "YesScript". There are still people who believe that ease of use is more important than security. Even developers. It's bizarre.

This thing presents as a Java app. Don't install Java apps from untrusted sources!!!!

It's probably a good idea not to install Java at all unless you need it. Unfortunately I do.

@Steven, does "untrusted sources" include Microsoft? Cuz I sure don't trust them any farther than I can spit.
