Other than needing to restart the desktop I se no differences. I didn't see KMail on the list so i didn't bother trying it. |

Thanks tracyanne.....interesting. If you do happen to kickstart KMail, I'd be interested in your results. The files I have read on KDE4.8.2 **seem** to indicate it offers support for traditional KMail files......but I am unsure. |

@Rid I was looking to see if there were bug fixes for KMail, It crashed rather badly on me (so I went back to ever faithful Evolution, has never let me down in nearly 10 years of using it), I didn't see any, so I didn't bother testing KMail |
