I would really like something like this. It would be great for laptops. Especially older ones. But the click-both-buttons-together substitute doesn't seem to quite cut it on a center-front touchpad, and I find lack of an easy middle-click to be a real snag. |

I wouldn't last five minutes with a two-button laptop. I use that middle button a way lot, especially for fast pastes. |

I take it, "older laptop" means "touchpad doesn't support multi-touch"? My EeePC has multi-touch, and I use it all the time. Two fingers is middle-click/mouse wheel, and three fingers is right-click. |

Quoting:I take it, "older laptop" means "touchpad doesn't support multi-touch"? That is not necessarily true for the IBM Thinkpad T42, My old one with display hinge broken has a middle button that sticks out like a sore thumb. :-) Quoting:My EeePC has multi-touch, and I use it all the time. My daughter's HP Pavilion DM1z has that but she had me turn it off because she couldn't get used to it. |
