with respect to somewhat less-known techniques i didn't find so much, but i really liked the suggestion to comment an incomplete command with # to put it into the history anyways. likewise is cat a b b | sort | unique -u a surprisingly obvious way to remove one set from another. the paste and join commands i also never heard about before. there were more new things, but these really stood out. greetings, eMBee. |
