Here is my prayer,...

Oh, Dear God, Please intervene and cause these courts to have reason and understanding before a civil war erupts between reasonable intellectuals and the Luddites...

There is going to be such, a conflict between users of technology and corporate interests. These corporations want to charge us for each viewing of a movie, block competing technology from existing, force consumer lock-in, complete with a market for support industries, and basically control our lives. Given the alternatives, Google's market approach of giving away software in exchange for marketing data and merchant services is much more palatable... And yet they are the ones being demonized.

I think there must be a gene that causes people to value iPhone phones over Android phones. If someone could identify it, they could patent it. They could then sell it to Samsung for use in lawsuits against iPhone customers.

There's probably another gene that prevents some people from paying out ridiculous amounts of money for Apple products. Maybe another opportunity there.

The same type of people that buy Iphones were the ones standing in line to buy Sergio Valente jeans in the 80's.

The Iphone is not a phone to them, it is a cosmetic/social accessory.
