What will be very interesting is to see which of the directives prevails: that of the Federal Minister on the tendering process, or that of (as I would understand it) a Department Head on OOXML who strictly speaking does *not* have the power to govern Australia.......It's an awfully nice conflict in objectives though. Sir Humphrey Appleby should be smiling happily ~ it is a situation wholly worthy of his craft - and in this one case, I really did intend the pun. lol. :-) |
