I'm not sure what a company like Oracle hopes to gain by firing legal threats in all directions. With any luck, the purchase of Sun will end up being one expensive mistake. And as for their attempt to abuse the free software they have adopted - They will soon learn that you adopt in order to nurture and grow, not to sell into prostitution.
