The problem with this Rapidshare solution

The problem with having a premium account with Rapidshare and similar one click hosts is that your credit card records will show the purchase. Those records can be obtained by law enforcement with a subpoena if you are suspected of committing a crime. In the U.S. and much of the rest of the Western world downloading copyrighted material without paying for it is a crime, one which many politicians and law enforcement agencies are increasing looking at prosecuting. What is a very large part of what Rapidshare hosts? Yep, you see the problem. 10 out of 10 for technically clever. 0 out of 10 for smarts. |
