I love both distro's the only problem i have with Fedora 13 is that i can't seem to get ffmpeg installed on the OS, Ubuntu has it all. So I'm going to have to go with Ubuntu.

Use what works best for you. Keep a spare partition, use a virtual machine (virtualbox OSE is in Ubuntu repositories), or use live cd's to play with other distros. You may discover something that works better.

Keep using what works for you despite what others say. If something else works better for them, that's great for them.

Also, remember the old SuSE slogan: "Have Fun!".

And Patrick V.'s Slackware motto: "Have a lot of fun!"

Of course, SUSE started life as a Slackware derivative with RPM for package management.
