Interesting, it's about tablets (where MS fails), about ARM (where MS fails), Computex (where MS is kinda failing again), CES (where MS failed), WiMax - which doesn't work flawless on Windows yet it seems, and it's about Android. Then how the fart is it possible all adds in this text are about Microsoft Sharepoint and MTV? It shouldn't be called Vibrant IntelliTXT. This is Vibrant StupidTXT. Kinda like that though, Microsoft and MTV in the same boat: Once young and trendsetters, now plain old grey bearded conservatives people start to care less and less about. |

hk, Oh, yee of little faith. Asus* has sworn fealty to MS and its upcoming tablet will run Windows, no need for those trash, phony OSs that never work just because they are supposedly free**. I just hope they are not as inept as HP and are forced to revert to that phony phone system*** given away by identity thieving Toogles or is it Gargles. However, if the same fate befalls Asus it will be too late to recover, because so many others will have had their hardware for sale for ages. Once too late to the party, at best you earn your keep as part of the clean up crew. YBT * I have seen it all uppercased, however, the recent observed behaviour indicates those running the show have had a deflating experiences messing around with an inferior OS. ** Where study after study has shown Windows costs less. *** The killer is that it is based on Linux, despite the name change. Right there you know it can't work. I have read on this site, by a reliable source: it can't scale. |

Hmm,... M$ Troll/Schill?!?! or Sarcasm?!?! Can't tell... By the way,... Asus did better at the begining of the netbook craze when it sold their netbooks with Linux pre-installed. By the time M$ got to them, they had them keep raising their specs until the machines could finally handle windoze. By that time Acer, Dell, etc., etc. had gotten into the race. M$ netbooks are a non-starter. Netbook architecture simply can't handle Wintendo, at least not without half the decent features turned off. They choke on that bloated, virus-ridden code. As a comparison, one of the original Asus 700 series can handle a full Ubuntu (however bloated that IT has become) with Compiz 3D graphics effects, etc., etc. I know this for a fact since I have one of the original 8GB machines. It will be the same thing for Tablets... M$ simply cannot scale down and/or up. TCO studies??? Sure M$ will always come out on top of a TCO study,... That they PAID for... You must keep in mind that an "independent" study is not independent if the un-written word on the pay check is that the study BETTER come out favoring a particular result. The M$ ship is sinking. The bottom line is that if you own M$ stock, start short selling it... |

Txt is our resident MS Shill in practice JaseP. And if they ever start paying him, he may actually be rather good at it. :) |

Jdixon -- They already pay him fully for what he's worth. More, now that I think about it. |
