I think the author of this post knew that is was a fake, and he tried to fool lxer readers. This is a bad way to promote linux devices, 'cause serious people is trying to find information about real linux devices and finding this is a pitty...

thanks in advance, sorry for my english!!!

No, I didn't. I picked up the news from the RTL4 site in Holland and since everything was in German, I decided to make it available to LXer readers. As soon as I got the news it was a fake, I properly researched and updated the story accordingly.

I think my dedication to Linux and FOSS is well known and undisputed. I deeply resent your insinuations.

Even I would not make that accusation of theBeez.

I read about this elsewhere before even seeing it on LXer as being a Linux driven device. There were at least three links, however, one might have been solely photos and each seemed to be real. It fooled me. Moreover, I thought the joke was it being Windows driven upon first seeing this thread.

Well, if it can run Windows then the hardware is likely overpowered and too expensive.

If it can run Windows, then, well it would run Linux.

(Pun very much intended.)

A very nice summary of Intel's current Atom setup, I guess.
